Penny & Jot began with a simple idea: to bring back the joy of sending and receiving something personal. In a world of quick texts and fleeting messages, there’s something special about finding a handwritten card waiting for you – something you can hold onto, reread and keep.

We want to make it easy to send a little love through the letterbox. A card that says I’m thinking of you or you made my day or just because. It’s those small, thoughtful gestures that make people feel seen and connected.

Every illustration is hand-drawn and personalised with your name or message, making each piece as individual as the person sending it.

 

Shipping 

All our cards are printed to order, so please allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive. You will be sent a tracking link once your order has been processed. Should you have any issues, please do let us know.  

 

Returns and refunds

As our cards are personalised we regrettably cannot offer returns, but, in the unlikely event that your order arrives in anything less than the perfect quality you expect, please do let us know.
